What this site is
This site describes medical billing, coding, and credentialing services and lets you request a conversation about them. Everything here is general information. It is not billing, coding, compliance, legal, tax, or medical advice, and you should not act on it as though it were.
The form is a request, not a contract
Filling out the form on this site asks us for a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, it does not obligate you to buy anything, and it does not obligate us to provide services. If you later become a client, that relationship is governed by a separate written service agreement between you and Invoisync. Nothing on this site changes those terms.
No patient information
Do not send protected health information through this site. This site is not a HIPAA-covered channel and is not intended to receive PHI. Client work is handled separately, under a Business Associate Agreement.
Accurate information
Please give us accurate information about yourself and your practice. Do not submit the form on someone else's behalf without their permission, and do not use a phone number or email address you do not control.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to gain access you were not given, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to submit anything harmful or misleading. We may block access to anyone who does.
Our content
The text, layout, graphics, and marks on this site belong to Invoisync or its licensors. You are welcome to read it and to share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Third-party services
This site uses third-party services to run its forms, scheduling, email, text messaging, and advertising. Their own terms and privacy practices govern what they do. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we link to.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that anything on it applies to your particular practice.

Freedom Independent Sales operates an SMS program on behalf of Invoisync. If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our form, you may receive text messages about your billing consultation, including confirmations, scheduling, reminders, and follow-up. If you consent separately to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional messages about billing, coding, and credentialing services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
