Privacy Policy

This policy covers invoisyncbilling.com, a marketing website operated by Freedom Independent Sales on behalf of Invoisync. It explains what this site collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it.
This site is for practices that want to talk to us about billing. It is not a channel for patient information. Please do not send protected health information through the form on this site. Once you become a client, PHI is handled under a separate Business Associate Agreement and under the Invoisync privacy policy at www.invoisync.co/privacy-policy.
What we collect
When you fill out the form on this site, you give us your first and last name, email address, phone number, the number of providers in your practice, and — if you choose to answer — your practice name, your EHR or practice management system, your state, whether you need credentialing support, and anything you write in the open comment field. Automatically, this site collects your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the site or ad that referred you. We use Google Ads and similar advertising tools, which set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a form submission. We do not collect anything else, and we do not buy information about you from anyone.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the conversation you asked for, to schedule that conversation, to prepare for it so it is worth your time, and to measure which ads and pages actually produce conversations. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or lease your information to anyone, for any purpose. We use service providers to run this site and our operations — a CRM and scheduling platform, an email provider, an SMS provider, and advertising and analytics tools. They may process your information only to provide those services to us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We will disclose information if the law requires it, or where necessary to protect our rights, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
Text messages (sms)
If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Freedom Independent Sales on behalf of Invoisync at the number you provided. We send messages confirming your request, helping you schedule or reschedule a call, and following up about that conversation. If you consent to the separate marketing box, we may also send occasional messages about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected]. Consent is not a condition of anything: you do not have to agree to texts to fill out the form, to book a call, or to become a client.
No mobile information — phone numbers or SMS consent — is ever shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses cookies for basic function and to measure advertising. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; parts of the site may then not work as intended. Where we run Google Ads, Google's own privacy terms also apply to data it collects.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we are in contact with you about your practice, and afterwards as our records and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Reply STOP to any text to end texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to end marketing email. None of these requests cost you anything and none of them affect how we treat you.
Children
This site is for medical practices. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
Security
We use SSL to protect information in transit and take reasonable measures to protect it at rest. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
